  • Thank you for your deposit payment for the 2012 Annual conference.
  • Your final payment, as notified by our recent payment email to you, is now due. You have indicated that you prefer to pay offline.

  • If you choose to pay by bank transfer or cheque, please make your payment at least 7 days before the event. Otherwise you may pay by cash or  credit card on the day.

You can pay on arrival, by cash (in pounds) or credit card only.
 

Terms and conditions

  • Full payment can be made at any time before the event, or on arrival at the event.
  • There can be no entry to the conference room without making full and final payment.

CANCELLATIONS
  • If you have to cancel your booking, 100% refund of all payments made will be given, up to 10 days before the event.
  • Late cancellations (fewer than 10 days before the event) are subject to a charge of 50% of the total booking fee as paid.
  • (This charge can be reconsidered in the event of an emergency, as long as we are kept fully informed.)
  • If the event has to be cancelled by Womb Twin, a full refund of all payments will be made.
